Coaching is a jointly designed relationship. We work with your strengths, values and enthusiasms. I provide a conversational environment for clarity, creativity, problem solving, planning, accountability and results. The intent is to stretch and inspire you — to create success while encouraging greater accomplishment and satisfaction.

Targeted Coaching Programs

I offer two independent coaching packages for clients who want a contained and focused coaching experience which leads to a defined and targeted outcome.

I created this awareness and action process in the 1990s for organizers and coaches. It is the result of more than three decades of experience with my own professional journey and with mentoring colleagues. The program encompasses three to five coaching sessions in a process of identifying and analyzing positive organizing or coaching experiences. Individuals use their research results to develop action steps: relationship-cultivation, marketing, and alliance-building proceeded (possibly) by a realignment of their business or services. The coaching sessions provide two things: an environment of inquiry, insight and deepened understanding, and the structure to stay on track through the steps to completion and results.

This coaching program can also be engaged in by a very small group of organizers or coaches. We create a mini-mastermind atmosphere for the process and the cost is reduced for each participant.

Life Blueprint^® Life Purpose Coaching

This 12-session coaching program is based on Laura Berman Fortgang’s book, Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction. A trained “authorized facilitator” of this coaching process, I take individuals through the coaching integration of the information gleaned from the exercises outlined in each chapter of the book. The process is a well-researched and proven one, which directs a person through the confusion of their history, interests, and passions to a lucid life purpose. Final steps include the development of a clear life strategy and solid steps on one’s career path (research interviews, resume creation, business plan and implementation). The program’s motto is “It’s not what you do; it’s Who you get to be.” It is supported by the original text, a workbook or audio CD.
